The community is invited to attend a Neighborhood Advisory Board Public Hearing on Federal Funding for Community Social Services for Low Income Individuals and Families in our neighborhood. Come Speak and Be Heard! The hearing will be held on Thursday September 29, 2022 from 6:30-8:00pm at the East Midwood Jewish Center (1625 Ocean Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11230.) All are invited to also fill out a Community Needs Assessment survey. The Community Needs Assessment (CNA) is a process that enables The Department of Youth and Community Development(DYCD) to receive feedback from community members in Neighborhood Development Areas (NDA). Community members are also invited to apply to be a member of District 14’s Neighborhood Advisory Board. To apply, fill out an application here. If you have any questions about the public hearing or applying for NAB membership, please email NAB@DYCD.NYC.GOV
