Project Description: NYC plans to modernize and update NYC’s zoning regulations to support small businesses, create affordable housing, and promote sustainability for a more inclusive, equitable “City of Yes.”
Status: Proposed; under consideration by stakeholders

September 19, 2022 –  Presentation from NYC Department of City Planning to the CB14 Housing & Land Use Committee on new zoning amendments for green, equitable development (Watch DCP presentation at this link.)

    Goal: Modernize our city’s zoning regulations to support our climate goals.
