National Night Out Against Crime

The 29th Annual National Night Out Against Crime is an event dedicated to strengthening neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships. There will be fun, family-oriented activities and opportunities to meet police precinct commanders and the officers who serve and protect us, as well as local civic groups, neighbors, businesses, neighborhood organizations and public officials!
When: Tuesday, August 7, 2012, 6:30 PM -9 PM
Where: Brooklyn Parade Grounds (Entrance at Caton Avenue and Argyle Road)
Who: Join the 70th Precinct along with your friends and neighbors! All are welcome!

Additional National Night Out events will be held in Brooklyn at:
- Flatbush Gardens (Foster Avenue between New York Avenue and Brooklyn Avenue) from 7:30PM – 9:00PM, sponsored by the 67th Precinct
- Marine Park from 4:30PM – 8:00PM, sponsored by the 63rd Precinct.
Last year’s National Night Out campaign involved citizens, law enforcement agencies, civic groups, businesses, neighborhood organizations and local officials from over 15,000 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities and military bases worldwide. In all, over 37 million people participated in National Night Out 2011. Join one of the many events being held this year!
