City agencies & departments will provide information about city services and how to access them. Some agencies will include HRA (food stamp/Medicare coverage assistance,) USPS, Maimonedes Medical Center (free blood pressure screening), Brooklyn Housing & Family Services (landlord/tenant issues,) National Grid, Department of the Aging, Department of Finance (property violations,) Department of Sanitation, NYLAG (legal advice,) NYPD, FDNY & more.
