Take Home a Free Tree

Compost for Brooklyn (C4B) is giving away 35 free trees during C4B’s  Open Hours this Thursday, 11/7, 12:30- 2:30 PM, and Saturday, 11/9, 11 AM – 1 PM. Four types of trees are available: dogwood, sourwood, paw paw, and Japanese Stuarti. These trees must be planted in NYC and individuals who can transport and plant the trees are welcome to take more than one.
