Albemarle and Kenmore Terrace
Albemarle and Kenmore Terraces are formed by two dead-end streets off of Flatbush Avenue. The houses were first built in 1918 but have a colonial look. The houses here were among the first to have built in garages – cars still being relatively new at the time they were constructed. It is a historic district.
