7:00 PM – PUBLIC HEARING with respect to the City’s Preliminary Budget Statement and Register of Budget Requests for Fiscal Year 2015. (Documents from the Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget are available for review at the CB14 Office on the evening of the public hearing).
VARIANCE: A Variance application has been filed with the Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA), pursuant to
§72-21 of the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York, as amended, to request a variance to allow the enlargement of an existing four-story yeshiva at the subject premises. The proposal incorporates two additional lots and expands the footprint of the building with an addition that ranges from one-story to three-stories. The variance requests are for floor area ratio, lot coverage, side yards, side setbacks and parking.
